William Kohl owns a property that i rented. He refuses to give me my security deposit citing damages that I did not cause and damages that never occurred! He is a liar and deceitful person. He is deliberately lying to keep my money saying things were 'pulled' off the walls which never happened. My rent was paid for two years on time and I kept his property immaculate. He is trying to make me responsible for ceiling stains and carpet cleaning which is his job as a landlord. Well...I cannot comment on the food because I was not able to place an order. I called to order for carry out, and after 3 attempts, the phone was answered. I was put on hold. After approx. 3 min. on hold, the phone was hung up. No one even bothered to see who was on hold or why. I hired Signature Pools to refurbish my pool last summer. Besides failing to live up to the terms of the contract, Signature Pools refuses to stand behind there work. Part of the contracted work was to repair/resurface all the concrete coping/patio around the pool. I had 5 reservations for 5 rooms for 6 nights three pre-paid as the price was very good. I have confirmation of the reservation. The hotel had no rooms available when the group arrived. I had to put them in the Marriott and my phone bill to sort out rooms for them is in excess of Euro 450. I have had a Playstation 3 system since Decemnber 2007. My parents bought it for us for Christmas. We played the system and it functioned perfectly until March 2009. We believe my younger brother left the system on and it overheated because it would no longer power on. Contacted Rival about a hairline fracture in the middle of the base of our crock. Upon contacting customer service, we were informed that the 'date code' of our crock did not place our crock pot in the warranty period. How long did it sit on the shelf before we bought it? Richard Montini and son were contracted to do a $263, 000 backyard project. Having done less than half the work they needed more money and we generously gave them $205, 000 to complete the job before the frost set in. After receiving the money they never returned to the job. We later found out they lied to us and never filed for a permit. The township shut the job down until I paid over $16, 000 in engineer and architect fees. I have read, with great interest, the complaints regarding trhe Tru-Tech mp3 player problems. I have a Tru-Tech mp3 player. It is the model T-1000 The problem which most of the complaints are about is getting a message "Back up data" format drive or "No File" I believe that some users have attempted to delete certain mp3 files from the player using the delete function incorporated within the player itself.
