I called the company and got return authorization numbers and cancelled the auto ship. I returned all 6, by writing return to sender and dumping them in the mailbox. This malware popped up on my computer after my boyfriend mistakenly clicked on the icon, thinking it was my antivirus software. I then spent two days being inundated with pop ups trying to scare me into purchasing their antispyware program. It also disabled numerous programs in my computer, preventing me from removing the malware. This person was know to our branch for some time. He often brought vehicles in to be valued and inspected under the "for free scheme". One day he visited to have his own vehicle inspected, serviced and vehicle testing (MOT) to which as we had all become quite familiar with Jay as he was known then, let him have 30 days credit.
