I ordered the service from this company in 2008 and I paid their service charge fully. But this year{2009} i did not order them to provide their service and without my consent and without my knowledge their man came and sprayed on my lawn . The second time when he came and started spraying I saw him and asked him to stop. I told him that I did not order this year and I do not have job. Now they sending bill. I have the right not to pay this bill.
One customer service lady said that if you do not pay now we would charge interest every month and keep sending bills

My Wife was contacted by Mail, harrased by phone and @ work by this firm claiming that we owed $74.64 on a Texaco Card from the 80's. I am in Afghanistan and my wife did not contact me about this and paid the amount; because it was on her credit report. We did not owe this amount and have not had a TEXACO card since the 80's. We were sold on 2/15/09 what we believed was a new King size Sealy Back Saver Peach Springs Mattress Set. Sale handled entirely by store manager Lawrence Gibson. Delivery was arranged and promptly completed. Upon delivery nothing unusual found. After filing out the form and mailing it to their address with a check in the amount of $114.00 they contacted me by e-mail. My 17 year old daughter saw the web site and told me and she believed that she would receive a free trial for a small shipping fee. I agreed to allow her to use my card. However, now I am charged $40.00 for the "free trial". This ad is misleading and a get rich quick at citizen's expense. I am a single parent who works very hard to take care of my daughter and I. MV Agusta F4 model is faulty, it overheats causing the radiator to blow, in addition fairings have melted and the bikes have a very serious stalling issue.
They refuse to take responsibility for this problem and issue a recall, despite the multiple (1000s) of complaints.

We have a Sears Kenmore SELECT CLEAN Self-Cleaning Electric Range purchased in 2000. Our 14 year old daughter was baking with my supervision. I requested a trial offer and paid 4.95 for S&H, have not received any product, but they have taken $45.54 and $39.99. After many phone calls to them I did receive a $39.99 refund and that is it. This is a disreputable company and measures need to be taken to STOP them from stealing money.

Purchased Toast from an older, higher-priced offer that included a "Free Blu-ray plugin." Company was already offering Toast at a lower price, but without the 'free' plugin.
Was charged the higher price, but the plugin was not included.
Spent several days on phone and with email, contacting both Sonic Solutions Online Store (distributor) and to Roxio (product producer), attempting to get either the 'free plugin' (not allowed, they say) or a price reduction.

I agree with you 100% and any dealing Michael F. Aranda and his son Michael D. Aranda are involved in are usually shady to say the least. Between the west coast and east coast there are many lawsuits against Michael F. Aranda's mulit companies but no one ever seems to put a complaint against his license. Went on line to purchase Acai Advance trial supply of diet pills, according to their ad customer had to pay shipping $5.95. My credit card was first charged $5.95 plus $64.95. I called the company to let them know that I never received the order, to cancel. I was only credited $64.95. Next statement I get I am being charged membership fees of 24.95, I called the company again. They said they could NOT reimburse me the 24.95 but they would cancel my membership. This month I got billed again.

I have been in this store several times since it has just opened. The first time I went in got milk that was outdated bought two gallons one was good and was not. I also bought potatoe salad in the container it was soured. Next time I went in to get some chicken at about 7p.m. and they only had aboutsix pieces left and no coleslaw. Be very careful if you consider using Dr. Petroff. Behind the fancy office is a doctor who I found cares very little about his patient

The service person was suppose to call me the day of the appointment and arrive between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
