We received a call from an "Annie Rider" who claims to be a rep of US fast cash and said that we needed our lawyer to call her about a loan payment and it was a time sensitive matter. the callback number she gave us was (661)210-4689. This is a scam and we confirmed that with the REAL US fast cash. They advised us to report the matter to the Department of Homeland Security. So we did. My wife her mother and sister checked in to the Hampton inn on Aug 14 and was told they needed a credit card for damage depoist.(done) The next day they paid for the room in cash and asked for a reciept. They told them to just keep the reciept that was under the door. One week later i noticed my Credit card was charged for the room. I called the Hampton inn and they told me they have no record of cash being paid, they would of gave you a reciept. Ice maker in side by side is not working again. Original ice maker was replaced 11 months ago by Sears Service. It only worked for a few days. Sears returned and replaced the ice maker again. The third ice maker has now stopped working. Sears does not give a warranty on the new ice maker . There is a warrantyon the service for only 90 days. So a refrigerator that is 5 years old is in need of its fourth ice maker. Not a good track record for a product that originally cost over $1000. We went to this 90 minute sales pitch. Of course we were skeptical and really only wanted to get the "free stuff." Boy are we glad that we didn't fall into their spell! As others in this forum have mentioned they started out with a price of $9995 and went all the way down to $1895. That should be your first huge flag! I went to Wal-Mart on Sunday around 7PM and the store was in chaos. It was a tax free day so there were a lot of customers. They have fewer register open and each register has about 10 customers in line. The front of the store was all block by customers in shopping carts and waiting to check out. My Frigidaire Ceramic Stovetop fell apart the other day. Heard this huge bang under my stove. I have drawers there, so when I went to open my drawer it wouldn't open. I thought maybe a pan had gotten wedged. So, called for my husband. We found that the bottom of my stovetop had fallen into my drawer. This is my second complaint. There has been a unauthorized charge on my credit card in the amount of $50.35 that was taken on August 6, 2009. On the 10 th June this year this company removed £49.99 from my bank account via direct debit.This was unauthorised and should have been £6.50. The company have now cut off the phone and do not reply to my letters.The money has not been paid back.
