Charged for service etc, I have no idea what it is or how they got my name and CC number. Trying to call the Customer Service right now been on hold for 20 minutes and counting. They finnally answered and I supposedily cancelled my account but I have to pay the $19.87. I contracted with this company to move me locally. I was not contacted the night before as a confirmation as told. After calling them multiple times during the day of the move, I was told that the movers would be by in 20 min. 20 min later, I was told that the movers would be by around 11AM. I was then informed that the movers would be by around 1PM. I was then informed that the movers MIGHT be by that evening around 5 or 7PM. Two months ago I bought some unscented roll-on and it didn't work. I did not stop sweating while I was in a meeting. Lucky I was wearing a loose fitting T-Shirt that was white. This is the first time your product did not work on me and I've been using it since the 90's. I ordered a trial package of this stuff and it didn't seem to great. On the delivery package it says you have 10 days from order (5 days for shipping and 5 to try). What they really mean is 10 from order. It took 7 days to get to me so I had 2 days to try and cancel. On the 10th day it bills automatically. Who writes down the order date? I recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from Kitchen Tradition. I noticed that it had the BBB symbol on it, so I trusted the vendor. Since then I was charged $72.21 by Searchchest in June, $24.87 by Powersale in June, and $24.87 by Grant Finder in July. I contracted services at K.H. Kim's Tae Kwon Do/Oriental Arts Training Center at the beginning of April 2009 for my two boys who had already achieved a advanced level belt (ages 7 & 8). Tried to use my card today only to find out my account had been closed because of so called credit report information. I have never been late on any payments to this card and have in fact most times paid off the balance before it was due. Awhile back they lowered my limit and then had the gall to send me letters asking me to transfer balances from higher interest cards even though they had the highest rate of any of my cards. I should have known this was a scam. I was on MSNBC.com and seen these products, though I could trust MSNBC.com for good information. Ordered chain mail from this company for the purpose of wearing to a LARP event as web site advertises LARP/SCA armor. Chain mail looked fine upon arrival. Sly, dishonest sales/installation company representatives ask you what date you want your bill to be paid by credit card. They do not inform you you will get double-billed up front if it's any date different from the day of installation. Pinnacle Security does not apply pro-rata billing ethics. I hired this company to clean my dryer vent as is required by my condominum association every two years. My dryer vents through the attic. When they came they never went into the attic and only cleaned behind the dryer. It was later determined by another company that there was a break in my dryer vent for some time and it was venting into my ceiling. Both companies are fraudulet. Interstate charged me over 200% of the move quote. Held my furniture hostage until paid. In addition, damages came to over $4, 000 dollars on my furniture.
