Purchase NEW vehicle July 23, 2009. Paint chip on door and "shadow" on driver side rear quarter panel. Service says they cannot do anything about it that it has to go through sales. The salesman was needless to say rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional and I choose not to deal with him further. Spoke to Service Manager, was told they "would take a look at it" but later stated could not do anything about it, that it had to go through sales. Contacted Sales Mgr, via e-mail. No response. I attended the July 2009 San Diego Comic Con convention. Square Enix was at the show and selling their products. I saw they had Final Fantasy VIII characters. I have had Convergia Long Distance (aka Cogniwold) for years and have been happy with them. But over the past two months, they changed their billing to full minute increments from six second increments and my LD charges doubled. It is very common especially in Tamilnadu were the cool drinks, eatables like lays, kurkure, etc are sold above MRP(maximum retail price). This is against law and is out statutorily in the packs, still these shops are selling above par. As it is a compulsion we people are buying with out any choice.
