I purchased the Acia diet pill after seeing it on the Fox News channel for $0.99. When I went to pay my CC bill on 9/1 I was over the limit and started looking for charges to the CC. I found a chage of $87.13 from CLEANSEGOLD 877-221-6231 CYP. after repeted calls to the phone number and always getting a busy signal I reported the CC item as FRAUDULANT. The CC company has file a Fruad case against Cleanse Gold and should be refunding the late fee and the $87.13. This is nothing but a scam and rip off. AO Smith hotwater heater fails after 1 yr of installation by the builder. We know 5 out of 24 (reported failures) in our neighborhood alone. If under the 1yr builder's warranty - the builder's customer service will fix it but, after 1yr you contact AO Smith. The thermocouple and the thermal controller have to be replaced. The manufaturer is willing to send the parts providing you contact them and a plumber to install the parts. Model GNR 40 serial number 0803T001366 is just junk! The attendants there were quite rude to me, I went in to buy some cigs and stood in a line behind 2 others. There were 2 behind the counter, but from what it appeared only 1 register open. I am 79 years old and have a tag for special disabled parking. All too often these special places are taken by cars without tags. Today there were pick-up trucks in those spaces, and I nearly had sunstroke from where I had to park. I asked an attendant if the police ever gave out tickets, and he replied "not very often". Bi-State Point of sales solutions I have recently purchased a P.O.S. system from them and these people give service a bad name. They came to install the system without having the menus programed and without the necessary hardware to complete the job, months later I still do not even have wall plates for the cat 5 cables to connect to. Received my GAP VISA bill and noticed a statement on the bill that I had triggered a penalty rate. Called and found that this had occurred because I had been late on my payments twice in a calendar year, once in Feb 09 (1 day late) and once in Aug 09 (4days late).
