Avoid anyone that comes tries to sell you magazines for American Cash Awards. Family Subscriptions is the name of one of the companies that works for them. I was scammed out of $102 because I was trying to help a college student, which I also am. I just bought a house and that money was promised back to me however I have yet to get it, even though a representative from American Cash Awards told me I would revcieve one in the mail over two weeks ago. I am a concerned citizen and i some complaints about the facility. Med pass is suppose to be two hours. resident getting medication at 11:30 and 12:00pm. there start time is at 8:00am. nurses are talking to director of nursing, unit managers and assisstance director of nursing and nothing is being done. patients are getting neglect because of this. I too am a victim of Certegy. From now on, when I shop, I will ask the merchant if they use Certegy and if they do, I'll take my business elsewhere. Bought a prado patio door from Menards, sku number 421-3378. The store had replaced the screen door 3 times, with no success we still don't have a screen door for my french doors. Amazon.com has a very sneaky way of defaulting your purchase to starting up a new credit card with chase bank. I bought some items and thought I was putting it on my personal credit card and the website automatically signed me up and charged the items to a chase bank credit card. I recd my latest bill from Bank of America and there was a charge for $83.88 that was not authorized by me. I went to the website of the business in question and found out that it is out of Canada and according to the website, this is an unauthorized charge that has happened to a great many people. I called this business and was informed that it was for a 30 day trial membership. I did not authorize this nor do I want it. I paid 5 dollars or so to get information on a phone number that called me. I didn't do the $1.99 deal because I KNEW they'd be charging me per month for their service. On September 11, 2009 I spoke with Spark Energy with regards to having Con Edison come out to test my meter.I have lived at my present resident for fifteen years and never got a summary from my landlord or Con Edision for testing my apartment meter. I ordered the Xemos home laser system over a month ago now. Although the $230 was immediately charged to my paypal account, the product was listed as "order received". Their phone service has been "temporarily reconstructed" for some time, so I've since re-checked my order online weekly and requested support and shipping every time. I love to complain. Especially about that bridge I have to live under. Sometimes I get beat up while I sleep. Luckily, I have frostbite covering my entire body because I have no shelter from the freezing cold, so the beatings don't hurt. I don't have food, water, companionship or shelter.
