I contracted Panther Windows & Siding Inc. for replacing my windows. Water comes through the bottom side of one of the window that was installed every time it rains. I have made several phone calls requesting this problem to be solved with no success. They keep telling me that someone is going to call but that has not happened ever. Be careful when you use this Company. I would not recommend this Company to anyone knowing that they are not responsible enough with their customer. I am getting these charges for various amounts sometimes all in the same month from Microsoft xbox live bill.ms.net At first I thought it was something my son had signed up for on a yearly basis but he showed me that he DID NOT authorize such charges on the xbox. I am getting charged $25.00 every other month and $6.25 every three months on my credit card and before I raised my limit on it, it actually took my over my limit because I had no idea of these charges on my cc. AVOID Andgor.com / Andgor Toy Company at all costs! I paid almost 400.00 for a personalized action figure as a gift. They strung me along for a few months, then stopped all communications, wouldn't return my payment and I never received the action figure. Sent them certified letters, filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau involved and the FL attorney general's office, and contacted their county law enforcement, but it was too late to get a refund on my credit card, and there was nothing I could ultimately do. I have been a Time Warner cable customer for a number of years. For years now, I have been making post dated payments for my bill because they cannot debit my checking account on the specific date I required based on when I receive a monthly disability check. I found on my March-April bank statement that I had been charged $34.84 for something I never ordered and charged $1.05 for some kind of fee, both from Carallumma Extreme. We gave Emirats air our baby stroler at the start of our trip back to the states when we got to Dubai airport thay told us we will get it in NY JFK when we got to NY we filed a missing baggage claim after we could not find our stroler. I now find that Wellness Labs has "pre-authorized" a debit from my account for $79. I never authorized any form of payment to this company, nor did I enter any "online contract" with them. They offered USPS as their shipping method and then without my consent they shipped the guitar picks by Fed Ex which cost me more than what i was willing to risk by letting customs decide through regular mail. Courier services = automatic fees!
