I have been living in my unit since February 2009, I have on numerous time sent through a request for certain items to be fixed on the premises. We live in the United States. We had an accident with an Avis rental on March 31, 2009, in Scotland. We had to pay over $900 US which we were told would be reimbursed. We have been advised that the other party had admitted fault on May 29, 2009 and their insurance company has been invoiced. I have gritted my teeth trying to be polite and accept Water Stone's apologies for their inconvienence, but after enough mishaps, the routine gets old. I went to get an oil change at sears in cherry creek denver . I dropped off my car at 10am and was told that it would be ready in a few hours .
