I am unemployed and was scammed by promotions for DazzleWhite and CleanWhites 14-day trials. Neither product worked as advertised, and additional charges appeared on my checkcard before my trial was even over! I also acrued several "Foreign transaction fees" because they charged the product to an offshore company. When a salesman for Verizon FiOS stopped by on June 9 I asked about the FiOS Motorola DVR HD recording capacity which is about 18 hours using a small internal hard drive and when an external hard drive could be added. After leasing a Dodge Ram truck for 5 years and making all required payments, I contacted US Leasing to return my truck. They had a vehicle inspection person come look at my truck and are now trying to collect $500 in excessive damage fees and a $390 fee for end of lease turn in. I went to one of my local Kroger’s a few weeks ago on a Sunday to do some shopping with my kids. While we were shopping it started to pour down rain. TV purchased from Wal-mart about 3 years ago. About a month ago, trying to turn the tv on required that we press the ON button and hold it for almost 2 minutes. Two different RTO offices in Bangalore have calculated taxes differently for the same vehicle. I had first visited the Jayanagar RTO and then the RTO on the Hosa road. The Jayanagar RTO personnel calculated the tax and the same was duly paid, but since my residence is in the jurisdiction of the of the other RTO, they directed me to submit the papers in the other one.
