They have stated 1 year leadtime on direct replacement or offered us a less expensive unequal replacement. I bought a peachtree door about 5 years ago from a dealer that has gone out of business. In march 2009, the door would not latch shut. The handle on the door will not spring up and latch the door shut. I had a guy from Hammond Lumber co. help me out by dealing back and forth on the phone. Based on reading various blogs, the above named "organization" has been sending out phony notifications regarding a person winning a sweepstakes contest in the amount of 1.4 million dollars. Of course, the catch is you must send them $19.99 as an "award payment data release fee". Is it not possible to take legal action against these scams?
