We signed a contract with Hector Cruz Fencing formally Armstrong Fencing on 09/09/09 and gave him a deposit of $700.00 Cash. We hired Hector 2 years ago and he installed a very large fencing system for us so we had no reason not to trust him. On the 9th he told us he needed a material deposit and we gave it to him. It has been 10 days and we are not able to reach him. He has not returned our phone calls or emails, etc. I found this website and we are shocked and completely disappointed. During 7'13/2009, I could not get my computer to respond to a security glitch. I contacted HP Support services. There were several attempts to tie-in mobilly to my computer, but it never happened. I called AT & T early this year as I wanted to switch from Comcast to AT&T U-verse. AT&T told me that I did not have U-verse in my area and asked me to switch to DIRECTV till I have U-verse in my area. I keep getting phone calls from the National Union Fire Insurance Co. offering a policy that I've already said I'm not interested in. I asked them the first time they called not to call me again. I've gotten ten more calls since then today, and it's only 3:30 EST! If anyone can help me, please do. I have held a credit card with Orchard Bank (HSBC) for over 4 years now. I have always paid my bill on time and more than the minimum due. I have been such a "Valued Customer" that they have over doubled my limit on my card in the last 4 years. I started contacting Procraft Viriginia over three years ago to find out they went out of business and Procraft Maryland took over their contracts and sent me a plan to pay an adiditional $750 for them to make the repairs and maintain the warranty. I apid it over two years and no one has been out to assess the damage nor offered a refund of the $750 nor the original $16, 000. I've been calling and emailing to no avail. I purchased my NEW ellipitcal from Walmart on 2-15-2009, the machine broke at the right side lower body leg (part #7) where the leg connects to the right pedal arm. The steel cracked at a point that was not welded from the factory, and is a clear manufacture defect. I had a court hearing with a representative from Borack & Associates, which resulted in the judge stating that I was to contact the company when my finances had improved, as my offer for payment was so low. Apparently, this didn't matter to Borack & Associates because now I'm being served a subpoena de tecum for deposition. Why? Because they're trying to gather information to garnish my wages. I went in for brake inspection for my 1994 Plymouth Voyager in Canadian Tire Auto service center at 1019, Sheppard Ave. E in Willowdale, Ontario and was charged @22.59. After an hour wait the auto service adviser told me it will cost $955.25 to repair the breaks and he said I had to replace the front brake calipers, rotors, shoes and rear brake pads and turn the drums, flush the system. In recent weeks local Channels 9, 18 and certain Dish channels on occaisions have had a half screen blackout. The black-out is discontinued during advertising breaks. This is a nusience thing that lends its self to manipulation of viewers away from these channels. To give a specific example: In March of this year, the NCAA Basket Ball finals was shown on only one local channel. I believe that it was channel 12. I placed an order for furniture legs and casters on 2/25/09. When I did not receive the order after a few weeks, I called and was told the items were on back order. I called every few weeks checking on the items and was always told they were on back order. I foolishly waited 4 months before cancelling the order on 7/8/09. I have an 80 gig zune which has been well taken care of and hardly ever used. One of the pins on the bottom right disappeared so i sent it in under my 2 year warranty. I had an issue with my vehicle a few weeks prior to visiting the dealership. My vehicle was overheating, which caused damaged to my radiator. So a mechanic said that i needed to change the radiator and thermostat, which i did. The car was driving fine, until a few days later when my engine light came on. Took my care to get the rear tire patched. I got my car back and like a fool did not check it out. My son showed me the chip in my wheel. Bought 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 truck in Sept of 04. Since Oct of 06 the truck shakes violently. You never know when it will happen. Dodge serviced the truck once in Nov of 06 and again in Dec of 06 for the same problem. I have the violent shaking on a video from inside the truck. Once the shaking starts, the truck must be pulled over no matter how many cars are on the road and brought to a complete stop. Then you can start the truck up again and hope the shaking does not start again. It happens intermittently which is why it is such a death trap... read full review »
