They advertised a tent for sale that was made out of steel. Tent was purchased as a gift for wife's business. When tent arrived it was checked for damage, all was well. This was July 09. Tent was given as a gift on 10 Sept 09. As setting up tent, two areas on the top of the tent where canvas is, snapped. There was no wind, no rain, no tension NOTHING they just snapped. I signed up for a trial, with Google, to recieve a Money Kit for $1.97 and never recieved anything from them so I couldn't cancel the "subscription" without a source to contact. They then proceeded to charge my debit account an additional fee of $4.97. I was able to contact them by phone and have that charge reversed. I purchased an extended warranty policy through Warranty Expert and from Phoenix American. When the TV went in my motor home I contacted Phoenix American and they said they had no information on a policy on my motor home. I contacted Warranty Experts and they said they would get be a policy through someone else. The company they gave me wouldn't answer the phone. Then they said for me to contact my credit card co for a refund. The credit card company said they couldn't because it had been to long. The last I heard was they would send me a check. My Microwave oven caught fire while using the baked potato auto sensor setting on the microwave. The food/compartment area started on fire and flooded my home with smoke. My first round with Electrolux Corporation Customer Service, the CSR chastised me for using paper towel in the microwave (see user manual page 6 on paper toweling and the endorsed use thereof). I just purchased an HP SimpleSave 1TB external hard drive back up system for my computer. HP's advertising says this is a hands free automatic backup. It's only automatic the first time you plug it in. After that it's a completely manual system that tries to start over from scratch each and every time you manually start it. If you are a novice computer user you would probably not even know that your system was unprotected. Nowhere in the documentation are you alerted to this fact. I was awakened at 3:30 in the morning by water dripping on me and the bed. One of the many patches in the ceiling had sprung a leak and water was dripping on to me and the bed. I was overcharged to what was origional binding estimate based on company's personel at my place. I was told that the discount is not valid on the date of my move so I have been overcharged. A few years ago I moved to Pine Island, Florida. I got Sprint High Speed Internet. I told them it would be temporary and they said fine. When I moved from there I called Sprint and was told that information would be sent to me about what to do with the internet modem with the last bill. I am thinking about suing GE money bank because I have reported my card damaged which I can not use anymore and they said they sent out a new one, Never got it, I called them after 10 days and had them send me one on rush delivery for 20 dollars. They said I would get it by the 22nd which is tomorrow...if I do not I am going to sue them. RTR is demanding $40K on the 2nd note they bought from Countrywide. They are in a unsecured nonrecourse position if the home is foreclosed on and they are demanding more money preventing the sale. If they prevent this sale the home gets foreclosed on and they get nothing and have no recourse. They are not smart and making a bad decision due to lack of knowledge. We spoke with this company about making our new product line. Then we decided to visit the site since we were in the area. This is a scam. It is an empty office. They have no equipment even though their website states they have a filling line. The only other tenant in the strip mall has never seen anyone there. The company refuses to administer a refund due to the small print that they indicated that Iagreed to in order to receive the free supply.
