I renewed my annual Yellow Pages ad. with The Berry company last year and recently was contacted by their sales rep to renew for another year. I declined, after using the yellow pages for 11 years and not finding any need for it in my line of work. We paid £119 for this warranty not realising the hundreds of complaints against them. They sent an engineer out 7 days ago who told us the sky box would need to be repaired, they would send another box while ours was away, this has not happened and no one has been in touch .vMy husband called them today and they said they could not get any more boxes but if they did our name was at the top of the list HA HA HA WONT HOLD OUR BREATHS!! I ordered a dell dimension 2400 back in 2004 and cost me 1200 dollars so it was about 20 dollars a month i paid that in till jan. 05 then i got my tax refund then paid the computer off in full. 2 mts. later they call saying i owe 3, 000 something dollars i said i paid it in full even sent them a copy of the invoice that said 0.00 balance on it from dell. I hired a lawyer for my 2nd DWI case... paid my debt to society (30 days in jail) and paid all my fines. Gambler tobacco is either too damp or too dried out. Not too mention their LOUSY customer service, I bought their red cigarette rolling machine, $30, it breaks after 2 weeks and they want me to pay to send it to them AND pay them $12.50 to send it back repaired!!! so I would spend half of what I paid for it and have to wait 6-12 weeks. Adamstang2005 is a RUDE JERK who accidentally overcharges for shipping then gets mad that he has to return the money that he overcharged and said it was my fault and that he should be able to keep it. Bishop's Aluminum built a screened room onto my home. The roof leaked from the seams like a waterfall coming down inside the room every time it rained . I am a female senior citizen and was told to get on the roof and put some caulking on the seams. Two and a half months later after many attempts still couldn't get it right so I told them to leave as half the summer was over and I had not been able to use my patio. Had two failures with this junk. One where the clear plastic bowl suddenly split. Mfg. claims bowl is a maintainance item and requires periodic replacemet. Today the body split about an inch from the top. These failures have caused thousands of dollars of damage and should not be sold. After having someone back into our car, we opted to take our 2008 Acura TL to Stirling Pontiac Buick GMC for minor repairs to the front bumper. The job scope included painting the bumper. Employees of the local UPS are no longer responsive or really reasonable towards the citizens of Sevier County. There used to be a time when the UPS would deliver packages by knocking on the door or leaving a note. Now the UPS employees since 2001 have been very lazy, leaving packages far from the front door of homes, leaving packages at the mailbox or delivering the wrong packages to homes they knew did not belong there. Are employees of the UPS on drugs or is it they just do not like certain customers? A job is a job whether they like someone or not. Beware of unauthorized charges. The actual company name is unknown and their web address redirects to Microsoft. I had $339.00 debited from my account on 9/22/09. Very little info available on them. Even the domain host -GoDaddy" doesn't ptovide any concise info. However the debit originates in Berlin, Germany. My debit card was used (not swiped) on 9/17 and it took until the 22nd at midnight to hit my account. Report to your bank and authorities immediately.
