This Cracker Barrel unit has a lot of problems. First, it's extremely filthy. The cups are sitting in racks slightly above the tile floor which is constantly wet and covered in restaurant spillage. The spillage is then splashed onto the racks of cups anytime someone walks nearby. There is something wrong with their dish washing apparatus as well. I have had to return the shop with the same problem multiple times. Everytime they are extremely rude and treat you very poorly if you dont just pay them to do the repairs they order. Asking questions will only make them more angry and hostile. They told me I had a specific problem with my car that would cost me over $1000. Don't believe ANYTHING posted on their web site. No one is ever in the office, the gate was broken for almost a year and then "jerry-rigged" to work. You can never call and speak to a person (unless its rent due day). On top of all this they are trying to charge late fee's even when you HAVE paid on time. I saw the commerical for a free book to help people save money. Then when I went to the site they wanted $1.00 and my credit card number so I did it. After they got my credit card number the next page they inform you that they will be deducting over $29.00 every 2 months from your account. I have tried for over 12 days to contact them and cancel with no results after holding for over an hour each time. Ordering product is easy, cancelling within the 14 day time frame is almost impossible. It is supposed to be a 99c trial but if you do not cancel in 14 days you will be billed $86.42 plus $2.59 shipping for the trial offer and 10 days later same amount for the next shipment . Mind you, you've already recieved it and it comes with no billing info. Very decieving...very back door way of doing business. I've had Bellsouth landline and DSL services now for three months. Since switching from a cellphone to a landline, I've been inundated with telemarketing calls.
