I find their service absolutely unexeptable! I got a brand new Nokia, 3 weeks later I couldn't make or receive any calls. Took my phone in and it suddenly needed a software upgrade? Notified Walmart/Netscape of cancellation of internet dial up service. Naturally business attempted to continue providing service on various scenarios. On a very busy day, I watched them talk three ladies into unnecessary service. The ladies clearly didn't know anything about cars and they took advantage of that.
