People rent a car from EasyCar's online site, and they are charged for the full amount of the car rental. But, when they go to collect the car, no car is available or the reservation has been inexplicably cancelled, but the money not returned. What's worse is that because EasyCar works through suppliers, when you arrive, there is no one from EasyCar to talk with about your reservation, and the supplier only has the cancellation. I was relieved to find this website as it has allowed me the opportunity for some redress against Empire Direct for their shocking customer service. I order a trial sample of this product. It said 30 day guarentee money back. After 19 days if you don't cancel they charge the full amount of the product and then start shipping you the product without your authorization. I have had absolutely no problems with Top AGent Toolbox. I suspect some of the "complaints" being filed online are guerilla warfare tactics by some of Top Agent Toolbox competitors. We have a credit card with this company under the Kroger 1 2 3 program. After they added the interest last month it pushed the amount over by 79 cents. They added a service fee of $39. We wrote a letter to them to tell them how tacky they were. They called us and said they would remove the $39.00. They are talking to a senior of 79 years.
