I have the honour to state that during the withdrawal of money from the ATM machine on 10th October 09 at HDFC Bank ATM, Aminjikarai Branch, the transaction was denied but on checking the balance, I understood that the money was deducted from my account. The transaction amount was Rs.4400/- only. (Rupees Four Thousand Four Hundred only)

i went to the Vet because my cat had a cat flu, the doc gave her a dog medicine by mistake, which caused her blood in stool and vomiting, and when i took her to other vet they told me that her liver is damaged and it will cost me so much..
i went back to midland vet to scream at them, the doc told me to keep her in so they can give her fluids, , each time i will ask them if i can come and visit her, they will say its not allowed and next morning i may can collect her cuz she's doing fine..

I have given my mobile for the software updation on 09/10/2009.they have told it will be ready in two houyrs and they have charged Rs.650.00..after two hours they asked me to come back on 10/10/2009...on 10th oct they told my mobile is not even switching on so they have to send it to head quarters(Delhi)..till date no response from them...Not even attending the Calls...the call disconnects immediately after i am told the my jobsheet number...

I recently applied and got a job with this company. Not only do they want you to aggressively attack customers, they also enjoy acts of force to gain entry on to ones property (tresspassing).In one scenario I was told to put my head down ask the customer what carpets I could clean for them and without an answer from the customer walk into their house. It started when I ordered a power leveling package for Age Of Conan from wowgold1000.com .
The Guarantee states that they will begin the process after 2 hours from receiving the payment. Recently call Samsung service center to service the old Samsung Refrigerator. After 4 days, repeatedly calling them some one responded to visit. Next day, some one else called and enquired about the service satisfaction. The service representative without visiting us closed the call stating in his remarks that 'Refrigerator is working fine now'. We escalated to higher level and promised to send somebody to take a look, till now one has visited from Samsung service center.

they do not screen there complaints. most of the time they are false complaints about good companies. i think they are the worst to get information from. if you have a place of business and try to solve a complaint with them they will never respond to you or take it off. i think they only like complaints. i think they should contact the stores or business before they post something about a company and give them a chance to make it right. if they did that they would see that most of the complaints are false. read full review »

This is a big come on for free limited trial sample of a teeth whitening product for $4.95 . I know better so I have myself to blame for thinking this was as it is made to appear. Now that I look back to 10/01 when I ordered I first read a complimentary "" review"" without researching the source. I think it was now part of this ad. Consumers BEWARE of Westshore Lending Services. They are an advance loan scam!!! I know first hand and I got information that this company is the same "lending" company that will call consumers about approved loans for consumers. I was a victim of a similar company called Crimson Lending Group.

I just signed up for a Binverse 14-day trial account, to which they "charged" me an "authorization" charge of $3. I received the first e-mail with authentication information, but not the other 2 emails with my username to gain access into using the actual software. No, it's not in my junk mail, and no, it's not my credit card. I have been charged and this is a fairly new email account so believe me, it's not "lost" in my emails.

Simply stated: My wife and I ordered blackout blinds for for our newborn's room, very clearly stating we needed blackout blinds. We purchased what the sales rep advised based upon our requests for $300. The order arrived, and the shades/blinds are the furthest thing from blackout than one could imagine. They allow in vast amounts of light. JC Penney insists it is my issue now, as they do not refund or fix special orders like this. I paid business class fare Perth - Los Angelos and found half the cabin was upgraded due to overbooking . Thatas fine we then waited 55 minutes to be asked if we wanted a drink by this time it was 1am and then another 3 hoursand twenty minutes to be feed . Thats right it was now 4.15am and we still had cabin light blaring and cabin staff still looked like they hadn't even flown before let alone trained to be flight attendents. All software received was counterfeit. Product was shipped from China wrapped in a garbage bag. This company operates out of China. Adobe indicated product was copies and unsupported. Bidsofts.com refused to provide a refund. This company only accepts PayPal and PayPal recommends filing a police report but decined to credit your card back and referres you to your bank. Embarq's technican accidentally disconnected by telephone line by a difference telephone provider at my apartment complex.
I have been on the phone with them for over 5 hours trying to get them to come back and fix my line. I have been given the complete ran around by Embarq. The soonest they can come out an fix it is the next day. My wife received a bill many months ago for a book and I paid the bill thinking it was for a book she ordered. It turned out she did NOT order the book, it was unsolicited, and she was irate at being scammed. My error in paying the bill caused the company to do it AGAIN and this time she has filed a better business bureau complaint (bbb.org). This company claim to be a Microsoft Gold Partner, Microsoft has never heard of them. They are fraudulent. They allowed me to download the product, all looked good, payment was taken from my card, then when running the product, there is no product key. The phone number listed for support goes into a message service at all hours of the day and night, it doesn't allow you to leave a message, just tells you to send in a query on the website. As soon as i saw the charge checked on line for Varimi and saw tons of complaints about unauthorized charges...called bank and reported the fraud this co should be put out of business

I ordered a Doctor Who DVD set on September 26. It is now October 14th and nothing has been received. There is no contact information on the web site except [email protected]. The above info was obtained by doing a whois search (whois.com). This site is listed on numerous complaint boards and sites. All have experienced similar treatment. Some have alleged pirated DVD's. I have not received my product, but this particular package, Dr. Who, the complete seasons 1 through 4 cannot be found anywhere else. On October 1st I was told that my Norton Security Account had expired, and that I had to renew immediately. I wondered why I was receiving this as I had an email from Norton that on Oct. 4th, my renewal would automatically renew from the credit card I used last year.
