Within the past year I prepaid for songs that I could download at later date. I might have used 2 or 3. I recently went into FYE website to download some songs, I presumably paid for and couldn't find the option to download. Chase Bank (WAMU ) on June 5th 2009 had a levy from the IRS for my mother whom I have a joint bank acct with due to her needing my assistance in paying her bills, she is 92 yrs of age . I also have my own individual bank acct there too and they also froze my checking acct funds on that day . Was told by the Head dentist that a tooth/filling was cracked and a crown needed, Had no pain or symptoms at that time. Went to another dentist for second opionion and there was nothing wrong with the tooth. Saved me the expense of a crown...at least a thousand dollars. I too was fooled by this scam. I put in my details for the apparent one off payment and they charged me for the $1.95 or whatever it was then they started taking out about $50-60 each month. I went to my bank and their fraud dept were looking into it and refunded me the money for 3months worth. I was solistated by Automotive Warrant Solutions to buy a warranty on my 2002 F250 truck. They stated my warranty was about to expire and they offered to extend the warranty. They requested a down payment of $372.60 and I paid $2, 484.00.They never sent me any warranty papers when the fee was paid. My loan was just bought by this MGC Mortgage company, I recieved very little information after the due date. So I called them and they were not very interested in helping me, they wanted to charge me to make a payment by phone after they gave me information late. After further study, I noticed that MGC has a grade of an F from the BBB. How can this happen? I paid 700 for their service in 5-08. The agreement was to help lower my credit card interest. Only 2 of my 4 credit cards would lower my interest rates. I was also told that this service was on going and that we would contact the credit card companies again later to try to lower my interest rate. I've recently been made aware via my bank of unusual transactions on my account. I am getting calls from that company since years. They leave automated messages several times per month. When I pick up and talk to somebody and ask why they are calling me, which I am certainly not the person they ask for, they hang up or reply really rude. I sent a letter a while ago and they still call Isn't there a law that I could use to get those people stop calling? I am on the non soliciting list also. My father signed up for their "services" about a year ago for $990. They helped me get a new credit card and tranfer a balance but did nothing to lower any of his CC costs. They say you can call every 6 months and they will help you lower your CC interest rates. My complaint is the same as that submitted by rpm of ocean springs, mississippi on 9/30/09. My contacts with sea land have been stonewalled. Sea land is uncooperative and insists that Destinations Unlimited is a separate corporation wth which they have no connection. How patently absurd . There is an agency relationship and each is jointly liable for their fraud. The so called hold harmless agreement buried in the paperwork was procured under duress and by fraud. Hello, I would like to put in a complaint regarding Dr. Nijawin at St. Mike's hospital. I purchased a LG 42LB1DRA LCD TV in June 2007 based upon CNet and other recommendations. January 2008, just 6 months out of warranty, the picture went out. $150 replaced 3 capacitors. The authorized repair center stated LG put in the wrong size of capacitors, meant to last a short period and burn out quickly. The capacitors weren't big enough for the power supply. I received a letter stating that my husband had requested to open a Bill Me Later account. My Husband does not do credit. I however do.But I did not apply for credit with this agency. This dealership baited me with a sale by asuring me it would be shipped out next day, in stock and ready to go. It didn't arrive for over three weeks. The unit arrived damaged...
