I was using a swing in a city park in Gulf Breeze, FL and the chain on the swing broke, the city said it was not their problem so they never helped me and I lost everything and become homeless and hurt...10 months went by and the cities insurance company The Florida League of Cities did an investigation and found that there were no dangers regarding swings in Gulf Breeze and denied responsibility so my videography company sent a camera crew to document swings still wornout ready to break yet the city still says its not their problem and the... read full review »

I purchased a Pirates of the Caribbean jacket on October 13, 2009. Unfortunately, I did not look at my receipt until 10/14/09. I realized that I was charged twice ($56) and I called the number on the receipt and explained that I was charged twice for the purchase of a single jacket. I was told to go to Guest Communications in the Disneyland Resort to resolve the issue. On 10/15/09, I went to guest communications and spoke to someone, I was told that they do not handle credit card discrepancies and that I would need to call the credit card... read full review »

Dealt with this company(Zhang Hong) and have had nothing but problems from lousy botox to being shorted on dermal fillers. They can't do anything right. They oack like they are monkeys so the items look like crap when they get to you. They avoid answering emails and send files for complaints you can't open. They do this deliberately because they want an excuse not to send you what you paid for or to refund for crappy goods. They steal hundreds so they can keep their lame website going but even that is falling apart. I have names and... read full review »

I have subscribed to Cosmo for a couple of months now, but noticed that I did not receive my current month's magazine. I went online to check my account and noticed that someone had gone onto my account and changed the name and mailing address without my consent. I called a customer service number, and had my information changed back. I was told that I would not receive the magazine for the current month, but she would extend my subscription by one month to compensate. I think that is great. Winters Plumbing
TedI67 October 21, 2009
Plumber responded to sewer line backup. Job required about 20 minutes of concrete chipping--for which plumber charged $998. That's not my idea of a fair charge. Plumber also declared that our sewer line to the street needed immediate, emergency replacement--something that might cost $10, 000 to $20, 000 or more. He said we needed to rush to sign a contract on this new job with him because our line was going to back up after a few toilet flushes and showers. That was, as far as I can tell, a false claim. I got a second... read full review »

A friend told me about the Spooktacular Witch Hat Contest at Kirk's Folly. Turn in a clean photo of yourself, showing off a hat decorated by you...and the "public" votes on the winner. So, I spent all week making a fabulous creation of a witch hat. I made the hat and even most of the decorations and turned in the photo before the deadline (which was October 16, 2009, 11:59pm EST). On Monday morning, October 19, my hat creation was nowhere on the vote page. So, I forwarded my first communication with attachment to the contest... read full review »

I puruhased the five Harry Potter movies at a near by Wal-Mart and much to my surprise there was a certificate to down load all five movies to a free digital version. So I went out and purchased a a package of blank DVD's only to find out that Warner Bros had cancled the sites for all of these downloads. Now I have a rather large collection of WB DVD movies and I think that I shall have to think very hard before I purchase another of their movies and it appears that since I work part time in a neighbor hood convience store I will be forced to let all of my customers know of my feelings in this matter. read full review »

I paid for large amount of music, buying credits to purchase singles. The format of the music was changed from wma files to mp3 files, and they removed my usage rights for music I had paid for. When I called them, they had me list every song that was missing from my collection, which was alot, they informed me that there was nothing they could or would do to help me, and they were not required to give me a refund or any credit or compensation of any kind. In my book, this is stealing. They take my money, and then remove my property, which I paid for. They then tell me they don't have to do anything about it. This is not right. read full review »
