I went into Thompson to book my holiday to Florida via Jet save. In January they told me that the hotel I booked at Travelodge has been closed due to Health&Safety issues and that the Hotel they offered was the Continental Plaza I looked this hotel up and it was rated as a 1 star and didn't have the shuttles running to the Disney resort and Orland resort free. I had placed an order for the shoes under storage system, ordered 3, it took weeks for them to ship and arrive, I was away and when returned from my trip I called to complain. I notified Gary Anthony the ownwer of Anthony's construction about a cracked and leaking skylight he put in and a leak in the new roof he installed. Mr. Anthony checked and the window was under warranty and manufactuer replaced for free. Mr. Anthony still has the window and I have been waiting for months for him to simply replace it. 2 weeks ago we rented a car from Avis through traveljigsaw with conf number 135527205 with no legal docs in, signages not working at all and a warning is always on on the screen. And we could not come back bec we rented the car from Geneve airport and immediately went to the highway to Paris.
