Having placed an order for £112.95 with Interflora on the 10th March 2009, to have a guaranteed delivery on Sunday 22nd March (Mothers Day). The order was subsequently passed to Slinders Florist in Rochester, who confirmed the order to Interflora and had not reported any issues. Due to a faulty item that was sent, I noticed that the company's refund/exchange policy was only 7 days. The first couple of e-mails I got a reply to but still the return address was not given. I visited the centre on the 15 th of October 2009. The moment I walked in I noticed all the Eagles sitting in rows tied by the foot on a short chain or rope, perched on a small plastic loop. I recieve phone calls from Pinnacle fincial daily. I told them I would agree to a payment plan, but once I heard the processing fee, I changed my mind. Now I am determined to pay the amount in full within a couple a months(defintely tax time). In December 2008 I purchased 3 Nintendo DS Lites from Gadget Asia as Christmas presents for my children. Once opened on Christmas Day one of the DS Lites would not recognise writing and words on the screen and therefore could not use games such as Brain Training or Sponge Bob drawn to Life. It was one of those cold sell tactics that promises to save you loads of money if you sign up today. Stayed at the Lawrenceville Red Roof the night of 10/17/09. Sheets and pillow were stained and had hair on them from previous guest. Pillows lumpy. Sheets threadbare. Big cobweb on ceiling. I have been refunded now. After 1 and a half months of complaints, lost information, negligence and bad attitude from this company. They work on the premise that when you order flowers/chocolate/balloons from them for your desired recipient, that you won't be checking the recipient's recieved all of that you requested and paid for. I went to C & B to get my new glasses because my old frames had broken. I went in for the exam and then over to fill the prescription. after insurance i cost me $237.50. It started when I made the clain on the 2/10/08. The child support agency is meant to calculate and collect payments from un-providing Fathers/Mothers that are non-resident to the child. I paid 2 instalments on a property supposedly being built by Braganza Constructions in Goa. They did not have planning permission at the time they were advertising the properties and have been unable to obtain it since. They will not refund the deposits paid and obviously are not going ahead with the build. I ordered a game - Mah Jong Quest - from the Shockwave website. The website did NOT indicate that the game would download as a Windows application. Since I was downloading it to a Mac, it was was incompatible. Within a few minutes of downloading, I notified Shockwave and told them to cancel my order. Beware of financing with GE Money! I had bought bedroom furniture at the Thomasville in Rockville, MD and was told that they were having a promotion for a 12 month, no payment, no interest financing for all purchases. Everytime I call to submit a claim I get transfered throu their system several times only to be put on hold and the call finally disconects. I have just been to put diesel in my car and when I paid for it and returned to the car, it didn't register any fuel. I asked the person behind the counter to check the pump for me but he refused and said he would give me a receipt, which he did.
