I think the website has extremely poor customer service. I ordered something and payed for priority shipping (3-5 business days as it was listed) and received it 7 business days later (2 days after I needed it). I called and left a voicemail to speak to a representative about this and never got a call back. I called again, 6 days later and the person could not have been more rude. My Rav 4 with the cruise control off has 6 times jumped from 30mph while driving in town to close to 90mph. We special ordered 6 24x80 doors and 3-30x80 doors from Menards in Moline, Il. We were told the doors would be in in 7-10 days. They would send a card in the mail when they arrived. Surprise no card, After 14 days we called to check on them and were told they had been there for a week.We went and picked them up, got them home and they didn't fit.
