I ordered a chrome wheel in mid Aug 2009. I was to receive the wheel in 2 to 3 wks and then send in my old wheel to ChromeProsPlating when mine was shipped to me. I have yet to receive my wheel. The Ad for ChromeProsPlating and in corresondence says they will not charge any $ up front. My credit card was charged. I was being patient with good faith with this business. The intersting thing about dazzle smile/white is the word play used in their policy and aggreement page. They have two sections explaining how you will be charged "IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL". Just by accepting the 14 day trial offer you are bound by a contractual agreement to PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP.
