When cars received this information they would come up with all kinds of excuses to not honor there warranty and we would go back and fore with this for days on. This "retreat" was one of the most unprofessionally run (creepy, actually) retreats I have ever been to. They seem to be using the money from guests to renovate their house (which is also their facility) with no regard for the clients who are footing the bill.
