Trying to exchange a broken heater sold to me 8 months ago, a staff member on the phone told me "sure, bring it in and we'll exchange it!" I got a call from a company and I called them. They said I owed money from a loan I never took out. They threatend me with having policemen come to my house to arrest me if I didn't pay. They abuse their housekeepers. They make them clean like 30 rooms like in 6 to 7 hours a day. The hotel makes the housekeepers lie to the guests for example like if they ask for something like a laundry bag you would have to say that you would get it for them when the hotel has not even order any at all and if the guest gets mad they will scream at you.
