Then I made inquiries about seagate sata 500gb hard disk and gave the hard disk in service center. They said, it was not purchased from an authorized dealer so they will not repair or replace it. The girl that ruined my color did not introduce herself so I'll just describe her as a heavy set african american female in her twenties. I understand the courtesy of tipping a delivery driver.
