Highly frustrating customer support call, have almost decided to discontinue Singtel services. Recently I made a call with suffixing 019 and number but the money was deducted at regular IDD call. Work commenced February 2009. Concrete re-surfacing performed by All Concrete Coatings is very poor workmanship, breaking up, discolored greatlty from one area to the other, did not provide joint sealant on all joints, those not with joint sealant are covered over with concrete coating now breaking up. Warranty does not apply to any of this as well as nothing covered under warranty by company. Went to BBB and filed complaint. No resolution reached by BBB, All concrete Coating and myself. Like seemingly many others I ordered the duo pair of colon cleanse and acai berry products. These products are all hype. One is merely a product to increase your fiber which you could do by using Metamucil for a lot less money. The acai berry product is full of caffeine (creating the "energy" they claimit gives you). I ordered a xb600 extreme electric scooter from the go store in Ohio It came from Alpha products in Iowa. This should have told me something!!! Went to Valvoline for a basic oil change and tire rotation. The service technician called me over to tell me had broken my wheel nut off while attempting to remove the tire. My daughter recently had driving lessons with the above company. She booked 5 in advance and paid for them. She was told that she would have to pay for cancellations unless the instructor managed to fill the slot to which we agreed. I am complaining of a recent incident I had with this company on refinancing my lst mortgage. Over a course of eight weeks, I was trying to refinance my home and roll my equity line into the loan. After receiving an appraisal, which came in a little lower than expected, I was told by the company that i would have to subordinate the equity line then refinance the lst mortgage. Please do not trust this company, they trade online as Batterytrader.com and they are very clever at how they avoid refunding even if you never receive the goods that you have paid for. I have tried through small claims courts and online through HMCS money claim and they know all the tricks in the book to avoid repayment. We used this courier and they twice smashed up items in transit, which is bad enough but to top that off they make it so hard to get money back for damaged they have caused. This company promised to help my family acheive a loan modification on our first and second mortgage. They charged us $2500, and then strung us along for nine months. Only after contacting the bank directly (and finally getting the right person on the phone) was I able to discover that nothing had been submitted on one of our loans and that the other request had been denied. I was never notified of anything and now they will not provide a refund as promised in our contract.
