Absolutely horrible customer service. Want to do everything thru email with no ability to easily reach a single person by phone. This was a MAJOR scam. I called within the time they "allowed" to prevent any further shipments and one of the companies also throws in a internet "health site" you pay for that if you don't cancel you are automatically signed up for a year and that is NOT included in your cancellation with that company! We supposedly purchased a repossessed car from this place. Because we were not a licenesed dealer, we were not able to see the car prior to payment being made. They assured us that the ONLY thing wrong with the car was a missing passenger side mirror. I signed my son up at the Family Karate Center, we moved home after a whole year of him attending the classes now when we want to stop I was informed that I cannot because it is a binding contract, I called the company (EFY) and was told that it was a contract for 3 years. I called Family Karate Center and they say it is for 1 year. Each say that its only the other that can terminate the contract. I discovered that I was charged 79.95 for a 3 month supply of Acai pills that I didn't aithorize. I contacted the company about this charge. They said that I had to pay for the original 30 day supply I received. That I had no problem paying for because I did try it (it really didn't do what was promised but I couldn't send it back during the 10 day trial).
