They sent me the wrong vitamins, then told me I had to pay for shipping to return them for a refund, but failed to tell me there would be a restocking fee of 25-50%. Their customer service did not return my emails. When I tried to call, I was put in the hold queue for 15 to 30 minutes until I hung up. On October 30, 2009 we purchased a 2010 Mazda Speed3 from Kramer Mazda.We had a 2005 Mazda which we leased and wanted to trade in. There were 8 more lease payments owing on the 2005 Mazda. In our deal to purchase the 2010 Mazda we had them write in the remaining 8 lease payments. I signed up for a FREE trial with this company. I read all the fine print, and the ad even went so far as to say that they were really free even though some ads are scams. I purchased a Certified Pre Owned vehicle from Bob Baker Chrysler Jeep on the 17th of November. The car came with a 30 day, 3 month bumper to bumper warranty in addition to the remaining, extended Manufacturer Warranty for 6 years/80k miles. I recently {11/2} had an auto-renewal for trendmicro security and told I was being upgraded. Before upgrade I could designate Spam and it would automatically be transferred from Inbox to Spam box. Now almost all spam remains in Inbox even after it is designated as spam. I haveto then manually designate and move the spam to remove it from the inbox. There is no memory of designated spam and I have to remove it over and over daily, manually. This to me is not a satisfactory upgrade !! Is this a malfunction? Is it correctable??
