I booked a rental car for one week in Italy at the end of September with a guaranteed rate. I picked up the car at the Rome airport and intended to return it there. However, the traffic was so bad I inquired in Chiusi if I could drop the car off there and take the train in to Rome. I was told by two different employees on two different occasions that there would be no penalty or drop-off fee. Imagine my surprise when I found my credit card was charged an additional $480, almost double the total cost. Hertz refused to budge. And my credit card issuer, Bank of America Visa, was absolutely no help. Don't rent from Hertz in Italy! read full review »

My complaint about Google resolves around their willingness to accept advertising from just about anyone. Anything to make a buck I suppose, the dollar being the corporate god. Google also makes it very hard to make complaints about advertisers, I have been hunting around and have not found a suitable method yet. I did send them a little note through a feed back form but have never even received the politeness of a reply.

Do not order boots from Uggfacebook.com. They are not an approved Ugg dealer. Their boots are fake. I ordered some and they didn't fit, they smelled like chemicals, and were obvious fakes. I paid $79 for the boots. I asked to return them. I paid $23 to ship them back. And now months later the "company" has not returned my $79. So I am out $100 and have no boots. When you sign up to qualify for a loan with this website there is a small box at the bottom that is checked. If you do not uncheck it you will receive dozens and dozens of emails, text messages and letters with offers of other cash advance loans or payday loans.
When I applied, I made sure to unclick that box. Yet I still received those text messages, emails and letters.
I tried clicking on their email to opt out of any offers and it pops up a totally different email address than what is listed. You have to manually type is their email... read full review »

I ordered the trial and on the advice of my trainer did not take them, I then received a package and letter stating thanks for continuing, I did not wish to continue.
This website states no way of contacting the company other than than a number (0011 1) 866 989 8945 in the US.
They have also debited my credit card (Which I did not Authorise) thakfully the bank has cancelled and will now issue me with a new credit cardand returning the money to me.

I booked for a Honda Activa (Deluxe variant) in Chandra Honda, Mtp Road branch Showroom on 24th October 2009. Till today (16th Dec 2009), there has been no correspondence from the dealer regarding the availability of the vehicle.

Two years ago I closed my account and thought I had paid my due when the woman there told me I was cleared after making my last payment. Now I have a collection agency (Hilco Receivables LLC) woman threatening me for collection if I don't pay her something day. Why wait 2 years of late fees and penalties this really seems like a scam and I wonder if Chase even knows these idiots are trying to collect now? This complaint is a little different, i was charge for a product that some how i never got, when the charge for $6.95 came out of my account for the trail size i forgot about it, not paying attention that i never receive the product, but when my account was deducted $89.95 that struck a cord, how could they get away with that, as i recalled this is suppose to be a trail size, there is know reason to charge someone that kind of fee unless you agree to those terms and i never would if that was stated in the beginning, i would have never order... read full review »

As a dum one I requested my "free trial" product and if I liked it and worked I would order it, but apparently I didn't realized that free is not true and after 2 weeks a withdrawal of $87.62 appeired in my bank account. Intercall connect has the worst service support system. Once you sign up it's almost impossible to get through to their support lines.
Never reveal your credit card number to this company.

I made a photobook for my vacation photos with Inkubook, never received the book. Waited 3-4 weeks. I don't know if it was a problem with UPS - I have no idea. Supposedly it was delivered here and then sent back to Inkubook (the shipper). UPS said the receiver "refused the package, " I don't understand how that can be unless Inkubook sent it to the wrong address.

I thought I was receiving a RISK FREE sample and only paying for shipping, but was charged $158 for the sample which was suppose to be free. No where on the actual advertisement did it mention that there was a 10 day trial or automatic membership enrollment. When I called to dispute the charge, the representative indicated that it was in the terms and conditions. I ordered their frog-o-sphere and all I received was a plastic tank, some gravel and a bamboo plant. I have waited three weeks and called customer service FOUR times. Each time, they say there is nothing they or I can do, no one I can talk to and that I should just wait another two days and hope for the best. Oh, and since I set up the tank to keep the bamboo from dying, I can't return it for a refund. So $40 plus shipping has gotten me a $2 piece of bamboo and a dinky tank and gravel. TXT message states: "Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Respond (yes) to learn more about this."

Do not shop at this jeweler!!! The customer service is horrible. I want to return the 4 stone diamond ring because the ring is very bad and looks milky, so I sent the ring (with no scratch or damage) along with the receipt. however, the salesperson said that he cannot do the refund because the ring they received was damaged.
