StateFarm insured motorist hit my car from behind. Statefarm denied my claim because they said i changed the lane and came in front of the lady that has statefarm. Based on a promo from my bank of america charge card telemarketing company, I was signed up for with several "offers" with a nigerian scam company with a name similar to my health insurance company while out of the country. I received a phone from NES today. I have never heard of them. They threatened to sue me over my daughters student loan. They called her and told her the same thing. She had been trying to make payments; however, the original company did not know who had her debt. Lots of confusion. I spoke to the supervisor, a Mrs. Peace, who was not helpful. I offered $300 a month until the debt was paid and she refused. We are in contact with our attorney now and they can either accept the offered payment or go to court. I have been a distributor for Ardyss for a couple months now and dealing with returns that are "defective" have been a nightmare. 90% of the bodymagics I have sold have been defective. The snaps went crooked for two of them in one week and the hooks on another were pulled out so the abdomen is showing. And the others have been smaller than their measuring chart size. It is going on a month and have not received a refund on my items they guaranteed as a refund.
