I ordered a pair of UGGS, when they arrived - from CHINA, they were obviously not authentic. Their website says they are 100% Authentic. I can return the boots for a refund, but I have to send them to China. When I contacted the company, they would not even sign a name to the email they sent. They apparently have a sister company called excellentboot.com as well. I wish people would have reported them, so I would not have to be going through this aggravation right now. This is an inferior floor that will get damage with regular cleaning and then Empire will blame the consumer. Not to mention the damage done when liquid is spilled, even when cleaned up right away. Innovent motors sells new scooters at cheap prices and i bought two. we have had nothing but problems with them. my wifes has been taken in over a dozen times for under warranty repairs. they never gave us invoices for repairs done and it took several calls to set up appointments to have them worked on. the last time we took them in they never gave them back and wont answer our calls. because we never got invoices they pretty much stole the scooters they sold to us. its been two months and still nothing. dont buy scooters from them. read full review »

I took a train to the city to audition for a casting call at elite model. When me and a couple other people auditioned, only one person was accepted. The person who interviewed us was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked him on how I could improve, he referred me to other agencies. You would think that after a person comes all that way just for a casting call they would be a little more polite. They think they can act that way but it's not alright. Signed up in August, I called about reservations got one of the rudest person to talk to prices were more then I could get on my own. In order to get the 4 Free tickets you have to have Qualified Hotel reservations at the same time. Promised refund once they received their paperwork back. I received a call from this company saying a owe for a current bill. I used to work for a similar company so I know the procedures of sending a past due bill to a collection agency. The man from this company was seriously rude about a 30day past due bill and when I said I was actually paying the bill online, he had the nerve to tell me to pay the bill through him instead of my carrier.
