Ms. Gita Etemadi, eBay seller, sold me a bracelet in late July 2009. Soon thereafter I inquired if I could return it. Ms. Etemadi agreed to accept the return. When she received it in the mail, Ms. Etemadi ignored my subsequent e-mails and eventually said flat out that she was not going to refund my $145. After an exchange, she finally agreed to send me back the bracelet, which I agreed to. However, she did not send me back the bracelet. Persels &Associates took an initial fee, and then $330/mo. and subcontracted the legal work to Arthur Malkin (here) in New Jersey for debt resolution/consolidation. Neither attourney performed at all over a full year, with one exception; a department store credit card w/ a small balance. We are now seeing another attourney, as well as on the verge of bankruptcy. I mortgaged my current home with USAA in 2006 seeing how their customer service is outstanding. Little did I know that they would sell my loan off to US Bank. US Bank was one thing after the other in regards to mishaps. They screwed up my escrow account and applied payment to my loan that wasn't for me. Seeing an ad online for a teeth cleansing/whitening product trial that would cost only $3.00, to ship, I made payments for is and now I realized that my credit Card was charged for 94.44 on the 14th of December 2009 and then for 52.04 on the same day. What is this nonsense? The deal said that the trial was without any obligations. That in whatever case, I signed up know that I will be paying no more than $5.00 I am not even done trying the product yet and now $150.00 out of my account?! I'd like to review Hotel Carter in New York. I had a VERY limited budget for my trip to New York and didn't want to waste a lot of money on lodging while I was there and I wanted to be as centrally located as possible. I ordered a pair of boots from this company, which charged my credit card even before emailing me that the boots were not in stock. I twice emailed them (waiting through two billing cycles) to complain that the credit hadn't shown up. They reported back that they were "updating" their charge system and would send me a check. When that didn't arrive after three weeks, I called them. I was on hold for 45 minutes before a human being answered. I signed a contract with Climate Guard for glass block windows. I decided to cancel and I had 3 days to do so. I signed a cancellation contract and on the contract it stated I should receive a refund within 20 calendar days. I cancelled 11/14/09 and contacted them on 12/4/09. I was then told the store policy is 30 calendar days. So I waited today is 31 days and they asked that I wait an additional 7 days. They are a piss poor company. My home burned down and insurance wanted us to use 1 of 3 of their preferred providers, we chose Midlans Marble and Granire in Omaha. The lady (which I found out later was related to the owner, they are all related except for their contractors) promised additional discounts at the time of signing. As of last Monday before noon I deposited a check on behalf of my wife. We have a joint account. It was through her company that she works for. When I deposited the check the banker told me it would be a two day business hold. The funds were suppose to be released as of midnight last night. Did not happen. I called the bank they told me it was suppose to be a seven day hold. My wife calls her comany account department they said it was verified the same day I deposited the check. I have an old sportscar. It is German. It had a blown head gasket, clouds of white smoke out the tailpipe. The son said no problem. $700. I have all parts already. This is such a poor product of windows .I dont think its fair that I have to buya windows 7 upgrade to the tune of about 100.00 or more because you sold a inferior product Called Windows Vista ) which locks up and has to be completely formatted to make work again. Solicited by this company offering to sell our older inventory at auction. Said we could definitely get invoice cost at one of their auctions. High pressure. National Public Auction and Trotter Auction Sales (one and the same) sent a freight truck to pick up 14 ATV's 2 days before auction.
