I bought the magicjack to use when I travel or in my garage with my laptop. I carried it for the past year not using it because of my cell phone. I plug it in and it is deactivated. I tried to renew the device/contract but was unable to. I used the chat 4 days in a row each time being transferred to a higher level of service. Finally I called, and they were "too busy shipping" to answer the phones. I left negative feedback--my only recourse. I just had the most unpleasant experience. My husband & I bought our 9-year-old daughter a 32 inch Toshiba LCD TV from Best Buy for Christmas. This was part of another site that offered a $500.00 credit card if you tried some of the products on the site. First USA, NA made two unauthorized credit inquiries for copies of my credit reports on Oct. 14, 2008 and Nov. 30, 2009. Trans Union said that these two unauthorzed inquiries reduced my vantage credit score down to 883 and they will be on my credit report for two years. My last credit score which I have was in 2007 and was 916.
