My 2006 Honda Civic has a cracked engine block, and through my research I have discovered that this is an ongoing problem with the honda civic. There was an TSB issued in the number of TSB 08-044, which states that honda is aware of the issue of engine blocks cracking in the civic and they are aware of the problem. However Honda will not pay to fix my car and I have to come up with $1600 to fix my car. I made a deposit of $724.41 on 9/24/2009. As of 12/23/2009 I still don't have that deposit in my account. The people at this bank give me the run around, and I am at my wits end. On the street where I was a pedestrian, truck # 0210171 at 3:30 pm on Dec. 22, 2009, blocked a sidewalk I was walking on, and continued delivering mail as I approached. I had no choice but step out into the street, as oncoming cars approached, to get around him, and back on the sidewalk. I applied for their program on making bracelets, and sent them $79.90 for the supplies to get started. After 12 days of waiting I got suspicious and googled their name and came across this website. Then 2 days after that I received a package from them, I had expected materials to make 30 bracelets and got materials to make 5 instead. And on top of that you're supposed to send $61 for materials to make the 30 that you send in for the $275 cheque. After ordering a bottle of Bromalite-(-did they offer a free sample?--my credit card was charged $40), I read the fine print that stipulated I needed to call if I didn't want their weight loss program. I don't need to lose weight. Waited patiently for the warranty to kick in after the manufactured warranty expired. As soon as the phone was answered the first thing that Linda did was try to find out how she could not full fill the obligation. The contract specifically said that it would repair my device if humidity was the problem. No where in the contract did it say that if Apple would not fix my product they would not. As a matter of fact it specifically said that it would fix my product when the manufaturer would not! I make quite a few dishes using frozen vegtables. Imagine my surprise when I noticed that the 10 oz box of Bird's Eye Frozen spinach was only 9 oz. Every other brand offers 10 ounces. Recipes use the standard 10 ounces. You can't just suck out an ounce of spinach to save money-charge what you have to but don't play with the size. Duped like the rest. Bought the product over a debate at work, lost the bet buy the way, it does not work, tried 3 different people on this product. They are not lawyers, but they present themselves as such. They are hired by law firms to acquire documents. Well, god help you if they get the wrong person! They will not take no for an answer! I recently applied for a loan modification. Lost my job and had put my house up for sale. I was approved, even had a buyer for the house but they approved the loan modification, I signed the papers on Nov. 6th, sent them back, did not hear from them, received papers in the mail w/o a cover sheet raising payment to only $89 less than I originally pay. If you use VOIP DO NOT GO WITH BRINKS, I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH BRINKS. They market their service as the only one in the industry to support VOIP. If you are having issues, they WILL NOT SERVICE YOUR ALARM UNDER THEIR CONTRACT. I had issues with Comcast and Brinks so I switched to U-verse and still had issues. Brinks says it is not their responsibility, its your ISP. They wont send anyone out unless you pay the 150$ per hour to test your system.
