On 26 November 2009 I accepted a charge of NZ$2.71 from Healthsmile being shipping & handling for a trial of the White Smile Pen. On the same day a charge of NZ$68.43 from Vibrantbeauty was taken from my credit card without my permission. Company provided packet with a 30 day free trial, I mailed the packet back to Cheap Trips, Inc., certified mail, and waited patiently for my refund which never happened. I called numerous times and always received the same answer, we will have the Supervisor call you, never happened, then they would tell you that someone will be calling to set up a time to talk with the Supervisor, never happened. We purchased a brand new Yamaha SX210 boat on July 15, 2009 and discovered an engine problem on July 20, 2009. We returned the boat for service at Seamasters on Windmill Raod in Dartmouth (where we purchased the boat) and since the problem was discovered, Seamasters has yet to identify or repair the problem. I just received two charges within 5 days of each other on my CC bill for $79! I didn't order anything from these companies nor did I ever use this particular CC number for shopping online within the last year. I called the number on my CC bill, 888-624-2877, and it went to a voice mail. ??? I just called my credit card company and they are investigating. Horrible people. They do not deliver on time. It took 4 months before they made a partial delivery. When they finally deliver, most of the parts were damaged and some were missing. They said paint chipping from the parts 'do not affect performance'. Edges of several pieces were damaged. We are still trying to get the missing parts. We ordered the bed 08/05/2009. 12/25/09 $88.74 was deducted from my back account. I cancelled the card and reported this theft to the bank. First National Bank of Pa. I did not give permission to automatically deduct from my account. I have repeatedly contacted the 877# but the mailbox is full and cannot accept any calls. If anyone even wanted to try and cancel they could not. This is not good business, especially when I never received the 1.99 product by mail and paid for it. The company took my order and began the trial period at the time of the order. By the time the product arrived, the trial period was over...therefore my credit card was charged. I called to ask for my membership to be cancelled. The agent informed me that I would not be charded. I was of course. I asked if I should return the product, she said no, so I did not. When I received my credit card statement, I saw the charge. When I called, I was informed that my cancellation was after the trial period at that I should have returned the product within the 30 days to have received a refund, This is a scam. I called and canceled both Dazzle White and World Fit memberships. I kept the Dazzle White/ Premium White number to do so. Then, when it was hard to find the other number I was supposed to call, I asked the rep at the whitening product's customer service for the other number. Conexis is a 3rd party Cobra Administrator. I send them almost $1400 per month. For a reason unknown my health insurance was cancelled by Horizon Blue Cross of NJ. Conexis claimed that they informed HBCof NJ that I made the payment and there was a snafu at HBC of NJ. Of course wen I called HBC they tole me that I had to go through Conexis to request reinstatement. Picked up a Hyundai Elantra with paint on the passenger seat and passenger door. I am staring a class action law suit against cleanwhite /super worldfit for credit card fraud. They continue to debit people accounts even after contact has been made to them to cancel order. The company continues to debit people account without authorization because that have their credit card information. Anyone having this problem, should cancel your current card so that no more transactions can be debited or charged to your account.
