I noticed on Dec 13 that $200 was taken from my brand new checking account to pay an e-check that someone issued with someone else's name and address on it. So no one tried to pretend to be me. They just put my account number in, and with no confirmation of name, address, anything, E*Trade paid it. I bought their V2 Premier computer off of ShopNBC and have had nothing but trouble with it. They will not stand behind their product at all and now I can't even download the drivers I need to update my computer. It is a piece of junk that cost twice as much as a regular computer would cost. PWSA sends out bills that are incorrect. They work with Jordan Tax and turn over any delinquent accounts to them. Jordan Tax gets their cut and does not communicate to PWSA if payments are being made on the past due amounts or not. I just returned 3 items to Kohl's for either an even exchange or if not available, a different item. I was told to take my items to the customer service desk and I would be either given store credit or credit on my charge card. I only wanted to exchange the items as they were the wrong size. I will never use Canada Post again!! I sent off a parcel XpressPost to Ontario which contained time sensitive documents concerning a very big job. Company was hired to fix furnace pump that seized and was overheating. To prevent a fire I disconnected the power supply. When technician showed up and looked at power and neutral wires in a daze he called management who told him not to work on it. Can you imagine an appliance service company that is intimidated from rehooking up the power wires? It's a joke. Needless to say when I spoke to owner he was rude, and unapologetic. I purchased a brand new vechile on Dec 24th. My tires were given me problems and issues. they had to download software again and replace the sensor on the tire. I hired David Webster at Move-a-Piano.com to move my piano into storage at their Oklahoma site, and then to be moved later to my home in Utah. It is a C1 Yamaha Mark IV. It was moved with no issue. NextRx called my home to refill a prescription. They did not talk to me but to my wife. She said to do the refill. That was the wrong thing to do! I did not want my prescription refilled due to an upcoming doctor's appointment. So I called NextRx back just a half hour later and I was told that the prescription could not be canceled! I dropped off my battery (under warranty, $129) to be tested. Got a call back it tested good. Went to pick it up and the long wait was ridiculous. We ordered our bed and bedbase on 11/15/09. We purchased the HB Backtex P1 mattress and HB wired sleep system base. Prior to delivery we received a call from the HealthyBack warehouse telling us there is a slight tear in the bedbase, but it's minor and they'll deliver it and replace it once a new one is received at the warehouse. December 10, 2009 I received a letter from ECN Research stating I was selected to participate in a consumer research program to evaluate customer service at Wal-Mart, JCPenney and Western Union. They called us offering their services, great rates, etc. Once we started doing business with this, which was only for two months, they started adding on fees which were not disclosed in the original contract. I received a promotional letter from Philip Rohms in October about a government program that assisted senior citizens. You were to make from $2500 to $4200 for assisting seniors with this program.
