They billed my credit card and booked a non-refundable trip without ever confirming my travel dates or providing me with an itinerary before booking so that I could see what I was buying. I purchased a Sears snowblower model #536881501 on 11-4-05. We do not get much snow where we live and I have only used the snowblower approx. 20 times. About the 10th time I used it, the blade scraper and mounting base broke off and had to be replaced. How and why this company was able to charge my credit card for their unauthorized service is beyond me. Who's manageing the barn anyway? And why does this form continue to wreck havoc? From the number of complaints that have been filed (and how many don't bother to file coplaints on-line?) this is a long-standing and widely used scam. Could this be reasons for a class-action suit? Since I am interested in gatting more fiber for my daughter I recently purchased Kraft mac and cheese whole grain version. The price was 30 cents higher per box but hey it was the same box with whole grain so this worth it. When I cooked the box it seemed like there wasn't enough to feed everyone. I ordered two sets of Dr. Bader's books that they sale online. They doubled my order. Their program does not allow for confirmation of the order. They then send you a confirmation email with a noreply address. I made the order on a weekend and they could not be contacted. Through my credit card company, I was finally able to contact them on the next business day. I finally received an RMA and a promise for a full refund. The full "refund" was for books they kept the Shipping and handling which was almost as much as the books. These people are scam artist.
