I signed up for a trial pack with Dazzlesmile and Premier whitening which i received and cancelled subscription.
I am now regularly receiving parcels from - FYSO PRO, everbright smiles, premium white, Sup smilebright. i have received nothing but had money taken by the PRO fitness, Ultifreshwell, beauty club !!!
Is there no end to this scam ... up to now i have had over £300 pounds taken from account but have been told by my bank that i cannot stop this !!!
If anybody can offer any help or advice then i really need it i am at my wits end.

eHow and its owner, Demand Media, are fraudulently scamming their writers and the public by using dubious tactics to inflate the amount of content they have on their sites by:
1. Cloning articles and apparently not paying writers for the cloned versions, even though the writers own the copyrights,
2. Creating more than 2 million (to date) pages of just comments, that have no value to readers when separated from their associated articles,

I bought 2 sets of barstools. Three of the four arrived with defects. I wanted to return them. I thought it would be as simple as them sending me an RGA with prepaid shipping. I did receive an email saying I would be receiving call tags from either them or the manufacturer (Boraam Industries). I've never received any. After a few weeks which turned into over a month, of online chats and phone calls, I had my credit card company reverse the charge. These crooks have been over billing for bogus inspections for years.
There is no accountability whatsoever with TSSA.
It is quasi-government and they hide behind telephones & policy.
Deaths have resulted from failed TSSA work resulting in explosions in Toronto.
This failure of a control agency ought to be closed and replaced with a functioning, accountable agency.

I am the lucky owner of a hot tub bought from a seemingly legit website in California that’s BBB accredited. Supposedly a premium spa as the website portrays from the Island Escape line …called the Orion . But it seems I actually own a SpaKing from China. But I digress…

I signed up for a Dazzle White teeth whitener trial - supposedly at a price of approx £5. i was in fact charged £15 and then a further £80 for not cancelling my subscription. I rang up to complain and was told i was too late to cancel it for that month but it would be cancelled for future months. i was charged a further £80 and then a random charge of £15 which all showed up on my statement as being from Uni Freshwell (based in Cyprus!?!) this seemed to be the last payment taken by them but then a further payment of £15 has now been taken from a company called Sup World Fit. YA YA, the owner braided my hair on December 11, 2009, and by January 2, 2010, I have lost over 100 braids. The product was very poorly done and she charged me $150 which did not include the hair. YA YA did not offer to correct the problem or offer any solutions. I learned a very expensive and painful lesson the hard way. I ordered ugg boot for my 14 year daugther b-day. I had several communications with this website who repeatly stated they were authentic and real. The boot arrived 3 weeks later from China and I have had nothing but nigthmares with this company. The boots are a conterfiet and not real ugg boot, they refused several times to provide a return mail address for me to return the item to receive a credit. They only refunded a particial credit. They swore at me in emails.

I was looking for hardwood flooring for a gargage we were building. I had indicated to the person that set up the meeting that I was not going to make a decision that day. When the sales person met with us, he refused to provide a quote and seemed upset that we would not make a decision that day. He kept bragging that they their management had left Empire and that they would beat any of their prices. He left and we never heard from him again. I went into this deli because of all the great things i had heard. The old man working the counter (harold white) was terrible!! He made a rude comment and smells like a bottle of RUM!! I was shocked when i later found out he was the owner! I couldn't believe the lack of service the young kid provided as well!!! I asked him for a napkin and he said, "open your eyes they are right there" I wanted to throw the sandwhich at him! I couldn't believe the way i was treated by the owner and some young man!
