The kitchen I had bought from orchid was told to be termite proof, I had confirmed it since I knew my place was termite infested. But now half of the floor space in kitchen is infested with termites. Termite presence was found on one door initially and reported. they removed the door during august2009 and till date they have not turned up.I had asked to do a full service and no reply for that too. I am registering an official complaint about KooKooBearKids. I ordered quite a bit of furniture from them, about $2000 worth, they were not able to get my furniture and told me my bank account would be credited that day-that was two weeks ago.
