...these people constantly call me and harrass me. I have told them time and time again that I am NOT the person they are looking for. same name but different SS#. there is more than one person with the same name but they phone me over and over agsain, then tell me they will not call again but the very next day, I receive a phone call again and we start the exact same process over again. This has been going on for over year now and these people use different phone numbers and differnt names. They need to be STOPPED!!! They are rude, ruthless, annoying, dispicaple creeps and something needs to be done to give them a MAJOR WAKEUP to the real world!! read full review »

How can one dispute the decision that camera repairs are not covered by the warranty? When the automatic response is that the malfunction is due to impact / liquid/ or sand there is no chance to question anything. I think its very rediculas they have no way of contacting them in case of complaint/praise or questions.. I have searched and searched for a way to call or email Aldi's. I find it funny they dont seem to have any phones or have a customer service department that you can find.
I do love the prices and convenience of shopping at aldi. But i hate how they just toss your groceries into the cart without care. I got home from shopping there today to find that the pickles i bought had been open and leaked all over my other groceries ruining... read full review »

The $98.00 phone I purchased from them in Nocember, 2009 (still under warranty - barely had it 3 weeks) was suddenly not able to receive a signal, so they had me send it back, sending me an air bill, claiming they do not send you a replacement phone until they get the old phone back - which I found odd, since all other companies immediately send you a replacement product, and simply charge you if you don't send them the original product back. In November 2005 I purchased a 50” LG plasma TV from Best Buy in Dover, DE. (#842). In May 2008 while watching the TV there were three very loud “bangs” and the unit shut down. I called the warranty service and the TV was repaired ( cost of $ 700.00). On 12-27-09 while watching the TV there was a very loud “bang” and the unit again shut down. I had winter tires put on my car at the Canadian TIre at Shoppers World on December 9/09. On Jan 7th/10, as I was making a right hand turn, my front drivers side tire came off and rolled across four lanes to the other side of the road. All the bolts had come loose and fell off. When the tires had been changed, the bolts for the new tires were not tightened very well. I was lucky not to have been killed or to have caused an accident. I left a company in July and had filed for a FSA with them through CreativeBenefits now know as WageWorks. I received a balance reminder from them 6 months later stating that I had about $220 in their accounts and that I was able to use that until 12/31/09. So on 12/29/09 I went to the local pharmacy and stocked up on misc items mostly all covered by FSAs. I went online and filed the claim for the items that qualified for the amount that was totaled as FSA compliant on the receipt.

When a dentist doesn't know the difference between a simple extraction and full blown impacted wisdom teeth, it's time to run as fast as you can out of the office. I brought a full mouth set of xrays from my sons orthodontist to this dentist for a professional consultation. He said he could pull all four teeth, because they were all simple extractions. Company advertised Uggs Cardy Boots in Red, received Purple boots that are obviously FAKE. When ordered I paid using paypal thinking my purchase was protected. After learning the company was based in China I contacted PayPal who informed me no complaints had been filed against the Individual who was paid, note not a company name. When the boots were received from the US Post Office the receipt I signed had ONLY ONE orginal and NO COPY for me another sign of a fraud. Electricity Users Beware - First Choice should be your last choice for electricity. They charge way to much for electric and refuse to give any allowances to pay their outrageous (high) fees. There are two of us in a small two bedroom apt, we work all day, unplug everything, use applicances and lights sparingly, rarely use WD, heat or ac during the day or night and still have bills over $200 - $250 per month. we are locked into a bogus contract unless we move from the area. When I called them they told I was going to get a 80% refund of the charge in 1 or 2 months. We also need the name of the person who allegedly used this product along with the date and how they supposedly purchased this. 80 y o mom wasduped by 'free sample' offer. Terms and conditions link did not work, so she never saw them. Reveived a 9.08oz tube in envelope with expensive brochures, but no return address, product manufacturer info, no FDA info, invoice or return instructions. She got product 2 days before 14 day trial expired (30 days offered on web site). She cancelled immediastely and they processed another transation on the same day she cancelled. I ordered what were supposed to be Live Transfer Mortgage Leads from The Lead Tree, LLC but after only one day of getting live trasnfers they switched my order to just next day call back appointments. I paid $5, 000 because I knew live transfers were harder and if I would have known that they would have pulled this "bait and switch" then I would have demended a lower price for that type of service even though I still closed 12% out of them. Because they were supposedly advocates for the poor, I foolishly thought I could trust them and gave my bank info. They were to send a packet for me to take to my Dr. for signature and prescription and it was extremely important to rush my return. Said they would take care of two problems, one being the door ajar light that makes tha alarm go off at random times, and the other a switch inthe steering column that allows the key to be taken out-this one you have to fight for about 10 minutes to get the key out.

I didn't carefully read instructions right away, much less use the product, because of our hectic holiday schedule. I let the 14 day trail period lapse, and they charged my account $78.95 twice, plus an extra $1.00 (which we can't figure out). I hired Simply Safer Lawn Fertilizers, out of Wrentham, Massachusetts, to fertilize my lawn. They are the worst. They showed up a day late, were on my lawn for 10 minutes, left fertilizer and lime all over the driveway and sidewalk, and didn't kill any weeds like they said they would. I watched them work in which they applied a fertilizer.
