I thought nothing of it until I received a notice that they wre being shipped form Peoples Republic of China. The Metlife dental plans are advertised as being concerned with the dental health of employees. This is not the case. The consulting dentists are paid handsomely to prevent payment for anything more than a vet would do for a horse. They will not pay for crowns or bridges, opting for dentures as soon as they can so the health responsibility of the employees teeth will be off their back. First I was told I had to pay for the service up front. I did so and was informed I would need 7 extractions and fitted for a partial and was set for a surgery date. In these hard economic times, this company has failed to honor the incentive program that it has advertised and sold to many hard working, struggling individuls and families. Kings Plaza iYycs the worst place to live, the people in th rental office are rude, inconsiderate and of absolutely no help, they harrass people for petty things and when you have any issues you have to complain continuosly before anything is done about it, also don't plan on having any overnight guests because they are only allowed to park in the parking deck for two hours and after that they have to find parking on the street where they will get towed. These unprofessional crooks sent us a product on a 14 day trial which was immediately returned to an address in Bedford at MK41 0QB. The same a few weeks later. Only sent 2 products, Acaiburn and another Cleansing product. Since last Auigust there have been unsolicited debits totalling £120.55 which thay refuse to refund saying that the terms and conditions (which we never saw) stated that the purchase of the 14 day free trial product entailed signing up to other things. We spent a small fortune for Priefert deluxe horse stalls and wire D gates. The deluxe horse stalls have had problems with the stall latches, grips and are also rusting.
