Later I get an email that they mistakenly included additional items in the package and that I needed to put in a deposit so that they can release the delivery of the goods. On having paid the deposit, I was informed by them to pay more. I have now refused to pay any more and have asked for a refund. One month has past and they have not made the refund. I requested a free trial of Acai Berry Maimum. I was not aware that I had to return the free trial bottle in 15 days or my debit card would be charged. We recently had 16-20 inches of snow, followed by a couple other days with 1-2 inches of snow. None of those times did anyone come out to salt our sidewalks ahead of time.
