I received a phone call from a lady promoting online savings through local stores. If I signed up for their membership, I would receive a $100 gift card from Target or Wal-Mart. PHH needs to be investigated because they have hurt hundreds of people. I pay my mortgage. We have now received 2 letters from PTP. One stated that our son was nominated by a teacher to participate in a PTP trip. After investigating and emailing PTP I found out that no teacher actually nominated him at all. Now we get a letter saying our daughter is invited to go to Australia. We don't have a daughter! There was no name of this daughter mentioned in the letter or why they would think we have one. This company sent in an analyst to give us a quote for their professional services. What they did was send two individuals who had all of the information the analyst compiled and proceeded to print several reports with the information that had nothing to do with the contract they wrote up. After I communicated my dissatisfaction the two became unprofessional and aggressive. I asked them to please leave. A few days later I received a bill for $6000. On April 1, 2009 we bought a Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier, model Kaz V3500N. According to the user manual the humidifier came with a 3-year warranty.
