Unfortunately all the product keys sent to me do not work, and display "the amount of seats for this licence has been exceeded, please enter a different licence key or contact support." Don't shoot with Daniel Arsenualt. I never received my photos though he had me sign a model release in exchange for copies of the photos. I immediatly called them to cancel the psuedo membership they claimed that I had. They sent me a cancelation confirmation number, but didn't refund me my money. Great Lakes Warranty corporation would not pay for a part expressly listed on their Titanium (premium) policy. Their policy says they cover door lock actuators, but when mine failed they said the dealer didn't know what they were doing. They told the dealer their diagnosis was wrong and even when the part fixed the problem refused to pay. I took them to small claims court and won. Now, they will not pay. I've been using the product, TINNIFIX, for quite some time. It has helped me. After not receiving the product I contacted them telephonically. Arrangements were that they would start again and product would be mailed out the 15th of December (2009). The payment was taken from my account but I never received the product. We arrived at the hotel expecting to have our confirmed cottage on the lake for our week at Algonquin. We arrived after a 14 hour drive to find they double booked and we were out of a room! They did not assist in finding us another place and we were left to find a place to stay on our own in the middle of August. This was beyond unacceptable . The staff was not helpful or gracious .
