Ordered the Free Trial over the phone, not over the internet. The rep that took my order did not mention anything about the product not being free and that after 14 days I would have to return it if I didn't like it. She actually reiterated to me many times that the product was for Free and all I was being charged for was the shipping. I ordered the product on Nov. 16. I ordered this product on line as a free trial. I only paid shipping and handling. Nowhere on the web site did it say anything about being put on a mailing list or a cancelation date. My account was charged $79.95 because I did not cancel within 14 days. When the product came it the papers that came with it made no mention of a mailing or cancelation. To everyone out there read everything before you purchase anything on the net. I called the company to find out that their cancellation information is on the terms and agreement sheet, where the print is so small that noone could see it not to mention read it. The platters my husband and I were served were cold. I approched the counter to tell someone and I could not get his attention because his back was turned and he was yawning. Finally he came over to me and I told him the platters were cold and I could deal with cold fish or chicken if I had to but I really hate cold fries. I brought my Daughters car to these scammers and I was told the price to fix my fender would be a couple hundred dollars. I asked them also to fix the windshield, a wheel Bering and paint the entire car and clear coat it. They quoted me a price of 1800 dollars. After they told me the car was ready. I purchased my Home from Terrazaz Enterprises and paid in Full 3/2006 The floors I paid extra for a bubbling and seperating. He used cheap laminate flooring I paid for wood. The Septic system was installed by Roto Rooter. The builder has not paid him and the septic system has not been permitted and Roto Rooter has placed on Lein on my home and will not service the system until he is paid in full. I have cracked windows not replaced as promised. I do not yet have a driveway pad to enter my 2 car garage. My bathrooms have never been grouted. I have always owned GM Automobiles since 1961 & never had to many complaints in fact was always satisfied until now. I purchased a new Chevy Malibu in 1999 thinking I would not have problems. Do not take your car to this place or any AASTRO location. I took my car there for a warranty repair, they told me no problem, they could fix the car under my extended warranty. 3 weeks later my car was not fixed and they were trying to charge me $4750.00 for a transmission rebuild!! This company sells counterfeit goods. Website claims to use USPS as their courier until you order from them, they actually use EMS. This company has taken an unauthorised amount from my credit card. I received my bill from AT&T with a charge from HBS Billing Services or $14.95, I don't recall ordering or requesting any services from HBS Billing Services and would ask that you stop billing me for something I did not ask for. My car was involved in a accident on the 20 of may 2009 where i was backended. The accident and repair team at Lifestyle Europe said they were 100 per cent comfident they could fix my car. Ordered 5 HTC HD2 cellphones from these guys on Alibaba, paid money by TT received nothing. Received a track and trace number for EMS which travelled over China then got delivered to Israel, I suspect this same number was given to other people as a delay tactic to buy some time before negative feedback hit the web. Warning this company will disappear of Alibaba soon and pop up under a different name so do not trust any of them. Similiar fraud operations also exist on Trade-Key. Supertech is now promoting a new tower in livingston which was not in the original plan that was printed in ts brochure that was irculated to buyers and also in its website. i had opted for personal loan and the account no is 12734383 in July 2007 for 35000, i was called for topup for 2nd time at that time after deducting the amount of 1st loan the balance amount was given to me. and was told your 1st loan is closed and new account no was 15091106. which also has been closed but the thing is i have applied for housing loan wherein they found my name is cibil defaulters list for 1st loan of 35000.
