I've had a membership for around 4 years and frankly most of the massages have been mediocre, then when you find someone good, the next time they're no longer there or you can't get an appointment when wanted. I bought tickets to this park at my hotel lobby concierge. When I got to Xcaret ticket counter with my paid voucher. They took the voucher to a back counter and left me standing at the ticket counter for 10 minutes. I was a member of the program for 6 months and paid in exess of $6000 total while in the program. They settled one account after about 3 months for $2600. The balance in my account was $600 when I cancelled the program. Freedom Debt Relief FDR charged me $400 + as a service fee for the cancellation.
