When did Web 2.0 become about censorship and limiting freedom of speech and especially for a site that claims to be "Real Reviews by Real People"? I've seen my own review filtered and noticed that there are a lot of users complaining about the same thing and they can't all be fraudsters. She paid us for about 1 month and a half, then just stopped paying the outsourcing company, asking us to please hold, because she was having financial problems. Constant scratching in bedroom walls throughout the fall season of 2009, no response from management after repeated verbal complaints. Present dripping in walls of upstairs pipes due to drippy faucets or as one manager had said, de-thawing of pipes. I pay for a 7 meg internet connection and averaged a 1.5 meg for the last few months. Called a few weeks ago to report the issue, spent 30 minutes on the line waiting to talk to someone. PayChex, like ADP, is a very bad company. This company has disregard for their clients and for the law. They do not care that the W2s are not sent by the deadline and they double dip into your payroll account. If they ever need to re-fund your account, they say they will do it right them. I purchased a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner in 1996 with the promise of a free Lifetime Warranty. This is not true, there is no free lifetime warranty. You must pay for it. If your dealer goes out of business so does your Lifetime Warranty even if you have been paying for it. I received a parking ticket form the corrupt Los Angeles County Parking Bureau and asked for an admistrative review and lost and then I asked for an administrative hearing and lost. Very poor customer service. They talk over you while you are trying to talk to them. They do not go along with the customer. What happened to the customer is always right. They will not try to work with you. Would rather argue with you instead of just trying to give better cusomer service. We have only had this dishwasher since August and this is the second time it has gone out. The first time the tech ordered the wrong part. They don't even carry the parts. They have to have them delivered to the customers home.
